Agitator, PTFE, High Viscosity, 8in Diameter, Fits 19mm Shaft Size, Fits 20L Reactors. High viscosity agitator, made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE, provides excellent stirring at the bottom of 20L reactors, especially when heavy slurries are being mixed. Agitator attaches to stir shaft by both a compression fitting and a glass filled PTFE safety pin. Heavy duty blades are 7mm thick. Supplied complete with one glass filled PTFE safety pin.

3mm Diameter Pin, Glass Filled PTFE. Replacement part for CG2096 series of High Viscosity Agitators. Stirrer Bearing, Universal, 24/40, 10mm, Ball Bearing. Universal Chem-Vac™ PTFE stirrer bearing provides a VACUUM TIGHT FLAKE-FREE SEAL on GLASS, PTFE or S.S. stir shafts. Upper portion of bearing rotates with the stirrer shaft providing a flake-free seal. The bearing consists of a PTFE standard taper body, Glass filled polypropylene screw cap, PEEK/PTFE sleeve and a glass filled polypropylene loosening nut and a specially designed glass ball-bearing for rigidity and smoothness of operation. The polymer blend sleeve provides a long lasting seal for use up to 500 RPM. Loosening nut above the standard taper inner joint allows easy and quick removal. Bearing is 45mm OD at its widest point.

Compact Tru-Stir Shaft Coupling fits 10mm Shaft OD for use with Jacobs Chuck. Similar to CG-2044 but the overall height is 1” shorter. The unique design of our Tru-Stir™ stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical S.S. spring permitting up to 1/8” of offset misalignment. Coupling is rated for 21 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated w/common coil springs.Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter w/one piece collar for attachment to 10mm stirrer shafts. Upper adapters permit the coupling to be used w/ a standard Jacobs style 3-jaw chuck. Upper coupling size is 3/8". Adapter is also available for use with CG-2047 flexible shafts having 5/16” end fittings. Overall length of the coupling is 3”. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

The Grainger 16T710 Paddle Gasket is made of PTFE and has an operating temperature range of -450°F to 500°F. It has a maximum pressure rating of 1000 psi and a maximum speed rating of 25 ft/sec. The gasket has a 1-1/2" shaft diameter and is 1/16" thick. It comes in a package of 10 gaskets. The Grainger 16T710 is designed for use as a replacement gasket in mixers, blenders, and other processing equipment to prevent leakage around shafts.
